Spasticity assessment and management - Botulinum toxin (Botox) injections and onward referral for peripheral nerve blocks and intrathecal treatments (ITB, Phenol) and post-injection physiotherapy

Splinting for upper and lower limbs using thermoplastic/ fibreglass and serial casting using fibreglass material

24-hr postural assessment and prescription of seating (tilt in space wheelchairs, soft chairs and customised moulded seating), seating accessories, bed positioning aids and sleep systems

Assistive technology to promote independent control of the environment and assist with communication

I can't recommend Hope Rehab highly enough! The team has been absolutely amazing in helping me recover from my ankle injury. Their in-house ultrasound made it so easy to get a quick and accurate assessment, which really sped up the process.

A special thank you to Viji, a truly wonderful physiotherapist with over 20 years of experience. She explained every detail so clearly, and thanks to her, my understanding of ankle mechanics has improved significantly. Her expertise and care have made a huge difference in my recovery.
